Needs analysis
What do you need help with? How do we set it up for you and your teams? To answer those questions, we start by meeting. Then we do a joint workshop, where we explore your needs and how we can adress them together.
Solution proposal
After our workshop, we present a solution that describes proposals for structure, competence, process, scope and technology. We can also produce a wireframe with design suggestions. We discuss and adjust this together with you.
Start-up
When we've agreed on what needs to be done, we set up the necessary tools and plan. We like to work with Jira, and we set everything up so that it is easy for you to have insight. We appoint the competency and the team necessary for the mission.
Development
Our method is based on Scrum. It covers development, code testing, code review, commits, deliverables and demos. We know that not everyones needs are the same, we can adapt to and incorporate your processes as requested.
Follow-up
In true Scrum spirit, we continuously evaluate and improve the work process and the project. After each iteration, we review what we did well, what could have gone better and what improvements we need moving forward - continuously.
